Holiday season is upon us, and we will be entertaining a lot! I love quick meals that are easy to make, but satisfying for the taste buds.
Cocktail pies are a wonderful option, and now even better with this dip I created with Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise!
It’s super simple but elevates the dish both in taste and looks!
Let’s make these delicious babies!
You’ll Need :
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
100g Lamb Mince (Or beef or chicken or any meat you like)
1 potato cooked and chopped (I also added leftover veggies)
1 small onion
1 small pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
In a little oil, fry your onion and pepper together with your spices until soft.
Add your mince and brown. Once cooked, add your mash and any veggies you like and let simmer together then cool.
Roll out your puff pastry and use a round cookie cutter to cut out shapes, fill one and cover with another. Seal with a fork around the sides, brush with a beaten egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds if you like. Bake at 140 until golden brown.
For the Dip Mix Together
Half A Cup Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise
50g Finely Chopped Parsley
20g Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Serve on A platter with your dip in a side dish.
