Chicken Liver Pasta..

I don’t know why its taken me this long to post this recipe because it’s one of the most requested recipes when posting on social media, it’s quick¬† simple and satisfying!

I think once you’ve mastered a good tomaft sauce, you can make a number of dishes quite easily, so let’s master that.

For the Tomato sauce you’ll need:

1 Kg tomatoes blended

1 large onion finely chopped

2 cloves garlic finely chopped

Oil

How to :

On a medium heat, cook your onion in the oil they are soft then add your garlic until it gives off a fragrant smell, then add your tomato. Cook on a low heat for about 30 minutes adding a pinch of salt and a tsp of sugar, I also add a splash of balsamic vinegar cause I Love the color, the liquid will cook out and leave you with a thick sauce. 

To make the chicken livers, all you need to do is wash 500g fresh livers, and saute on a low flame in some oil and chicken spice. Add a few spoons of your tomato sauce and some cream, then serve with a pasta of your choice!

Enjoy for a quick dinner.
